Arrive 30 minutes before your time slot and venture into our marquee departure lounge, but watch out for mischievous Elves who add a touch of cheeky fun to the atmosphere!
The experience lasts between 20 - 30 minutes and you will be returned back to the Marquee departure lounge where you will disembark the train and can continue to enjoy the activities and games in the Marquee. For the last slots on each day please arrive 1 hour early for your experience as you may not be able to re-enter the Marquee after visiting Santa and we want you to make the most out of your visit!
Marquee Departure Lounge: Immerse yourself in festive fun and excitement in our marquee lounge. Engage in games and activities for all ages! Visit our North Pole post office and pen a heartwarming letter to Santa himself. Get creative with Santa's Elves as you craft magical reindeer food.
Magical Train Ride: All aboard the Christmas Train for a journey through the dazzling Heart of England site! Glide beneath glittering lights and through picturesque woods as you embark on a tour to Santa's Workshop. Marvel at the sights and sounds of the holiday season as you travel with our Head Elf as your guide.
