Occasionally, due to technical issues or something outside of our control, we may be forced to reschedule your allotted time slot but we WILL be in touch with you to arrange this.

Please be advised that after you have made your booking, any alterations to your booking will be subject to an admin charge of £5

Rules and Procedures
 
If you are unwell, please do not attend and email sales@activitiesattheheart.co.uk to move your booking, please try and give as much notice as possible.
Please bring your own GLOVES (gloves will not be issued) and a helmet if you have one. (We do have plenty, and have put in place a strict sanitising and cleaning policy).
Please wash your hands before going up the grey staircase to sign in  (if upstairs is open, normally weekends)
At sign in, you can then order any food and drink you require, on a takeaway basis.
